We recruit, train, develop and support our Fresh Arts Teachers to the highest standards. Fresh Arts recruits according to the ‘Safer Recruitment’ guidelines.
Fresh Arts Teachers have a wide variety of different backgrounds, from drama, to art, to musical theatre, to music.
After our initial training Fresh Arts Teachers are offered 5 days of continuous professional development per year, these are in whole team training and individual observations and feedback.

Each Fresh Arts Teacher is assigned a personal mentor for support and advice. This is an experienced member of the team who is on hand for advice about any aspect of work. The mentor also observes sessions and provides regular written feedback.
